Full-stack developer with entrepreneurial mindset

We are working on a Work OS - a digital work environment suite that is built to create a modern, coherent and human-friendly digital workspace for SMEs, startups and non-profits. Our Work OS allows people to easily customise its tools and services in accordance with their evolving work requirements. All functions deployed on it – be it a CRM, team calendar, workflow management tool, CMS or other services – are integrated with each other in a coherent way, by default. Everything is part of one powerful and flexible Work OS.

We believe in developers who build like expert craftsmen and think like sophisticated architects. Beyond we require:

• 3+ years working experience in web apps development, either in a team or as a freelancer.
  
• Excellent proficiency in Javascript, ideally having worked with React or Vuejs and with NodeJS – at the same time you can quickly dive in to new languages / new frameworks.
  
• You have built for work or private causes at least one complete web app project yourself, A-to-Z, involving both backend and frontend — or — you feel very comfortable to switch between backend and frontend works.
  
• You are willing to actively participate in system design workshops and take responsibility in major architecture decisions.
  
• You are familiar with: Git, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Scrum, ECMAscript, SQL, Testing, etc
